Exactly the same thing here (I'm currently at work; IE 5.5).
After copy-and-pasting it into word and changhing the font to Lucida Sans
Unicode, I got the following result:
- sections 1 and 3 show up fine;
- sections 2 and 4 show boxes; only the dotted Polish l-stroke seems to work.

At home I've got XP and the Thyomanes font already installed, but I won't be
able to try it there within the next eight hours or so.
