Re: A short poem in Lassaptakl

This little Lassaptaki poem by Ryokan would have made
a great poem for a Relay Translation Game:
short, rational, beautiful... and it still would have changed.

Translated into Teonaht:

Celil   tesa li             korhily tambojo;
in-the  city the (non.vol.) flute   drum-and;

Naril  elmen    idpporot li            htilio.
on-the mountain of-pine  the (non.vol) whisper

        In the city the flute and drum;
        On the mountain the whispering of pine.

How haiku-esque!

Sally --am still working on webpage for Bast, but at miniscule rate.
Too many other dreadful deadlines.

I hope the accents arrive OK.
