Well... I don't think is the mailer cliente (MS Outlook Express) after I'=
m
using it and have no problems... but the problem could arise anywhere. I
used to have that problem when posting from my work and, comparing my mai=
l
settings (both Netscape Messanger and Outlook Express) against my home
configuration and observing a problem with the 8-bit Latin-1 chars in Pin=
e
(throw a telnet session) I finally discovered that the problem was in the
SMTP server: the server your client calls (probably at your ISP) for
actually sending the mail into Internet. I don't mean the problem will b=
e
the same for all us... but the problem could arise anywhere.
