I have news: googling for "Cyril Brosch" turned up an excellent
homepage: http://www.cyrilbrosch.net/
It's in German, which I don't speak, but my combined Swedish,
Yiddish and Afrikaans skills helped me out here. (Disclaimer: I
don't actually speak Yiddish or Afrikaans, but I studied them as a
child and remember a good bit; Swedish is something I'm re-learning
since I joined Church of Sweden)

I _think_ she joined romanceconlang last night. She's a bit shy
about posting her project because she says she's "not a linguist" -
I told her that's never stopped me. :)
Cheers,
