[snip] Well, in Ebisedian, "Peter" turns out rather well, since it fits nicely in Ebisedian phonology and stress conventions. It comes out as _ePi'tir_, pronounced [?&"p_hitir`]. The [i] in the last syllable is because of the mandatory locative case vowel. However, in cases other than locative some rather odd things happen, e.g. originative _ePi't0r_ [?&"p_hitAr`], or conveyant _eP3't3r_ [?&"p_h@\t@\r`]. T -- Not all rumours are as misleading as this one.
