Presuming that the "autre chose" being offered is what medieval French bawdy
songs refer to as her "belle chose" I suspect the grinding of the millstones
is intended to suggest sex--particularly if one visualizes a small hand-mill
rather than a watermill or windmill. I'm not sure, though, that "moulin" could
apply to a handmill. Our native speakers of French would know better ( I can
read 14th-15th century French, but my knowledge is very passive.)
