The Mediaeval Baebes attribute it as "Traditional, French". I haven't been
able to find a more precise date for it, and some sources seem to think
that it's later and Qebecois. However, the subject matter does seem to fit
in with mediaeval ribaldry, so I was wondering if "moulin" might mean
something rude in the context.
