I didn't choose it for a particular connection, I first wrote [p] but
replaced it by [b] only to have a voiced one. It was intended for being hard
to connect, I used i/j and s/z/s=/z= just to add reality to the example.
It'd be funnier to have a consonnant and a vowel totally different from each
other. Like [f]/[u], [m]/[y_k], [h\]/[e~], [p_l]/[2_0], [kx_h]/[3_t] ...
