Something like this, perhaps: ...filish.... ..fish+/-dim-/... Or make a three line interlinear: Line 1: text ....filish.... Line 2: parse ....f-il-ish... Line 3: translation..fish+dim.... This is probably the clearest (and most commonly seen) method. or, of there are several infixes, you could simply mark them in some way-- ..filish........sinulat ..fish-dim*.....write-OF* Your grammar notes would have to indicate that "xxx*" marks infixes. Your glossary would include fish "fish", sulat "write" etc.
