:-) Well, now that I know that <q> = /?/, and not /q/, as I'd thought
before, I'd make it:
Gá Tivláis
['gA tSi'vlaIS]
Or Gá Tívlais
[`gA 'tSivlaIs]
Depending on where the stress is.
