The vocab in Ikanirae Seru, finally (I find these very taxing! but it's
good to have them)

Given the nature of the Childrens' Kingdom whose citizens speak
Ikanirae Seru as their official (but learned) language, the concepts of
foreign/native/naturalized/citizen don't line up the the same way they
do for us.  The kingdom is a group of people under one king and
council, within the widely recognized nations of the world, and not
divided along national lines, so citizenship and location are not
tightly related, and ethnicity has nothing whatsoever to do with the
matter.  There are no native citizens, at least in the early history of
the Kingdom, so there's no sense that a naturalized citizen somehow
belongs less than a native one.

Too much trouble to try to figure this one out.

Oh, well, I just used the word for food....
