Sorry for all those 'godmothers' :o ... I unwittingly took what souded
more like a single compound word.

So, a more literate translation:

Bogoróditse, Dévo, rádujsia,
blagodátnaja Maríje, Gospód' s Tobóju,
blagoslovénna Ty v zhenákh, i blagoslovén Plód chréva Tvojegò,
jáko Spása rodilà jesì dúsh náshikh.

'Mother-of-God, Virgin, rejoice,
>[Full-of-(Divine)-Goodgiving] Mary, the Lord (is) with Thee, >Blessed (art) Thou among women, and blessed (is) the Fruit of Thy womb, >As to the Saviour (Thou) gavest birth // of our souls.'
Some other corrections:
>I think _blagodatnaja_ could be something like _eudotike_ in Greek,
- most probably _kekharitomene_, as Ray suggested.
>and _blagoslovennaja_ (which I translated as 'blessed') must be >something like _eulogoumene_.
- actually, I find _eulogemene_ in my dictionary.
>The variety of Church Slavonic used >in Russia since 17th century is in fact a bit conlangish: it was >artificially designed to convey the Greek original very literally.
- Sort of really sacred conlang, never used except in Holy Writ, prayers, lithurgies and the like religious contexts... Basilius
