The better version of that piece is the one that Tolkien wrote.  As I said
in my previous post, Tolkien's scene is dramatic enough for any movie.

Pavel, could we have a translation of that line?  (For those of us who
aren't as well-acqainted with the ancestor of our native tongue as
Professor Tolkien was.)
