well, this isnt really about apostrophes, but.
What I like in Tagalog, is that a hyphen is used to make sure an affix
isnt split apart. such as
Mag-aral - to study
mag-aral - study!
nag-aral - studied
nag-aaral - studying
mag-aaral - will study.
Without it, mag-aral for instance could be read as ma-ga-ral. I can see
an apostrophe being used the same way.
