Wasn't Jesus such a common name at that time that Jesus Christ was refferred
to as "Jesus of Nazareth" as to distinguish Him from all the others? Now, of
course, you never see a Jewish person named Christopher/Christna, but I think
the trend of naming your child Jesus ended for the Jews when the belief that
Jesus was the Messiah spread and became more popular in the early years of
the Church. (Of course, I could be totally wrong)
