There's no `ayin there at all  :-) .
[jeSu:a3]  {YShV3}    versus    [jeSu:]  {YShV}

Although the Rokbeigalmki version of the name does include a word-final
pharyngeal, as _Yeishuhh_ /jejSuH/ .
