Where's the stress? I have wondered whether to adapt "Jesus" from the English or from the Aramaic for the Watakassí form, thus either naJíizas or naYisyúu(wa). Not quite sure how the Kassí would've encountered the Aramaic, unless the early missionaries chose to use an adaptation of the Aramaic for their converting. But, then again, I'm not sure of how the name Jesus would be pronounced by the missionaries, since there would've been sound changes by that time from the Modern English.
