Unusual for Kash, in that it's mostly iambic....perhaps typical of _koceham_
'spell, charm'.
Freely: To the lords of the spirits under the heavens, one ring-- / to the
lords of the dwarves in their stone houses, seven-- / to living people,
whose destiny is death, nine-- / to the (evil) most high king on his dark
throne, one-- / under the (evil) shadows in the land of Mordor. // One ring
rules (< give+order) them all, it finds them, / one ring gathers them all,
it binds them (magically), under the shadows in the land of Mordor.
