It'd take that to be more like "so". "Is not!" "Is so!" ; "You can't
do that." "I can so twirl 437 times without puking!"; "My Dad does so
make $8M a year!". (Different in tone from "Really. My Dad does make
$8M a year. Honestly he does.").
