I think you are slightly mistaken here. The expression is: "zo DOOF als een
kwartel", _doof_ meaning "deaf".

Hehe. Well, if you *are* going to The Hague this summer, you will probably
stumble upon Christophe there. Better come to Amsterdam (where you might find
