I have an old Kramer's (older XX but not XIXC spelling; there are newer
editions), pretty standard, and an emergency pocket Hugos ($4.50 a few years
ago), but it doesn't get into many subtleties.
I checked Amazon.com; they offer a plethora. I felt it would be
presumptuous to point out to Herman that Ann Arbor is home to the _original_
Borders (he's lived there a couple years now and has surely been
downtown.....); also that UM offers Dutch, consequently there may be used
dictionaries floating around.
