Oh yes, even Rumiya (an Arabo-Romance conlang of mine)!
It's still |l; m;n| {la; ma;nu} _la mano_ there.
Maybe because in Semitic langs the names of body parts forming a pair, are
all feminine... That's why in Rumiya they also say |l;s ;wZs| {la;s ;-wZus}
_las ojos_...
