There are a few non-IPA characters in there:
λ (GREEK LETTER SMALL LAMDA) should be ʎ (LATIN SMALL LETTER TURNED
Y).
′ (PRIME) should be ˈ (MODIFIER LETTER VERTICAL LINE).
ђ (CYRILLIC SMALL LETTER DJE) should be ħ (LATIN SMALL LETTER H WITH
STROKE).
э (CYRILLIC SMALL LETTER E) should be ɜ (LATIN SMALL LETTER REVERSED
OPEN E).
ł (LATIN SMALL LETTER L WITH STROKE) should be ɫ (LATIN SMALL LETTER
L WITH MIDDLE TILDE).
