Oh my. I must have been asleep! Though Christophe isn't right either. |Azúcar| is a masculine noun. "La azúcar blanca" is wrong twice, one on the gender (feminine, as implied by the agreement with |blanca|) and one on the article (which should be |el| in any case, no matter the gender). There's a famous music group called "Azúcar Moreno".
